Who we are

Space Gunners is a browser game made and run by the Space Gunners team ("we", "us"). By playing it or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Playing the game

Space Gunners is free to play and needs no account. It's an early prototype: features, balance and rules change often, and nothing you earn in a game (energy, upgrades, rank) is saved between visits. We do keep anonymous statistics on how often and how long the game is played, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The game and its servers may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or otherwise, and arenas can be reset or closed at any time. We may change, pause or stop the game without notice.

Your name

The name you choose is shown to everyone in the arena and may appear in game records. Don't use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else, or includes personal details like your real full name, phone number or address. We may change or remove any name and remove players who break this rule.

Fair play

You agree not to:

We may block or remove anyone who does, without notice.

Ownership

Space Gunners, including its code, graphics, design and text, is © 2026 Space Gunners. All rights reserved. You may play the game in your browser for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell or host the game or its code, or build products from them, without written permission.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or enjoyment, arising from your use of the game. Since the game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.

Privacy

What we collect and why, including the random player ID your browser keeps and the play-time records tied to it, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
